We has set industry benchmarks as an evolutionary herbal product manufacturing company based on its state of art manufacturing facilities situated at the vast approved Green Industrial Area of JLPL,Sector -82, Mohali (Punjab) that has earned it ISO 9001:2015 & GMP Certifications with approved Ayurveda range of products in personal care like creams, face-wash, lotions, ointments, serums, shampoo and many more in herbal cosmetics under a single roof with highly sophisticated fully automatic machines.

  • Three distinct seasons are observed: Summer, Monsoon and Winter.

  • Located strategically in Sector-82, Mohali, Punjab, close to the Chandigarh Airport with a 15 minute drive

  • Site is equipped for manufacturing of Ayurvedic external application products.

  • Adherence to the WHO-GMP standards of manufacturing.

  • Automated machinery is installed to avoid any type of Human error and to produce Quality products.

  • Separate man and material entry for manufacturing & filling area.

  • Dust-Free Epoxy PU flooring in the entire Manufacturing, Product filling, and Packaging area.

  • Area designed as per the WHO-GMP requirement with Rust-free puff panels and airlocks.

  • Primary entry to Manufacturing corridors through change rooms and access to the core area through secondary change rooms.

  • Processing areas are designed to maintain class 100000 (Grade D) in static condition with proper pressure differential.

  • Hi-tech research and development laboratory setup for product innovation and testing with world-class equipments.

  • Independent fully equipped Quality control laboratory and Quality assurance departments for control of Document and Data .

  • Status-wise colour demarcation done at the site and following good labeling practices to avoid any type of contamination and cross contamination

  • Separate AHU(Air Handling Units) catering to all Production & Product filling area with terminal HEPA filters.

All products manufactured by us are approved by the State Ayush Department of Punjab

Ridhi Sidhi Enterprises has an in-house state-of-the-art Research & Innovation laboratory for testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in process materials and finished products.
